Founded in 1890, the Jewish Community Center of Louisville (JCC) is a human service agency committed to enhancing the quality of family life and promoting the physical, intellectual and spiritual wellness of the individual. Assist with Senior Adult Department
• Be a welcoming presence at the J allowing for ingress and egress of senior members into the building
• Serve as the main point of contact for seniors, providing assistance in operating the elevator
• Assist with various duties within the senior department’s lunch program, including setting up, serving and cleaning up.
• Help Director with various administrative tasks, such as prepping and folding the newsletter, preparing publications for mail, maintaining attendance logs, etc.
Excellent verbal communication skills required
Must be able to lift 25 pounds and physically walk, stand, bend, and squat for prolonged periods in all-weather outdoor conditions
Pay: $8 per hour
Hours: 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday
