Founded in 1890, the Jewish Community Center of Louisville (JCC) is a human service agency committed to enhancing the quality of family life and promoting the physical, intellectual and spiritual wellness of the individual. It provides health-related activities, cultural and educational programs that serve the community at large, including populations at risk. Membership and services are offered to the entire community. Job Skills / Requirements
Must be certified to lifeguard in Jefferson County.
Lifeguards at the Jewish Community Center play a very important role in our staff.
-Perform opening, midday, and closing cleaning duties.
-Enforce the rules of the facility at all times.
-Communicate with members. Provide great customer service.
-Respond to emergencies and perform the proper rescues when necessary.
-Rotate to correct chair on time.
-Participate in monthly in-service trainings.
