Job Skills / Requirements

Under the supervision of the Customer Services Director, provide members and guests with excellent and efficient customer service at all times. Provide agency and program information to members and guests to enhance the value of membership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primary functions include greeting and engaging members and guests
  • Maintain a safe and secure facility by ensuring member check in procedures are followed
  • Address member concerns in a professional manner
  • Follow proper cash management procedures
  • Be knowledgeable about programs and procedures throughout the Center
  • Adds to the cooperation and teamwork throughout Membership department, placing a high emphasis on client service and satisfaction
