Job Skills / Requirements
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Team player with personal commitment to YMCA Mission, Philosophy and Character Development Values
- Preferred Age: 16 or older
- Able to care for and nurture infants, toddlers, school age children
- Able to build genuine relationships with children, parents, and coworkers
- Be open, friendly and approachable to children and parents
- Punctual, reliable, creative
- Responsible for the health, welfare and safety of the children in Kids Club
- Provide a safe and welcoming atmosphere; maintain center cleanliness, sanitation, organization and appearance
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, sitting on floor or in child sized chairs, diapering, assisting with toileting, climbing, reaching, running, and operating a computer are all required functions of the position.
STATUS: Part Time
STARTING SALARY: $12.50/hr

This job reports to the Site Director
This is a Part-Time position 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, 8:15am-12:15pm and 12:15pm-4:15pm Monday-Friday.
