Provide quality mental health patient care via the development, implementation and evaluation of individual patient care plans. Serve as a liaison between patients and their families and other clinical professionals. Follow established professional standards of care, program guidelies, policies and procedures.
This is a part-time position; schedule as follows:
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday 8AM-5PM
BSN/MSN; successful completion of an appropriately accredited educational program as a mental health care provider in advanced nursing practice.
Current Nurse Practitioner certification.
Graduate of accreditated school of nursing
