Job Skills / Requirements

Under the leadership of the Director of Nursing, LPNs at Park DuValle Community Health Center are responsible for:

1.) Coordinating and performing nursing care, triage, nursing assessment and patient education

2.) Administering medication

3.) Documenting patient care in an electronic health record

4.) Maintaining patient confidentiality

5.) Quality improvement projects

6.) Outreach

7.) Leadership 

LPN must be passionate about healthcare, thrive in a fast-paced environment and have critical thinking skills.

Education Requirements (Any)

Graduate from a nursing program having obtained license as a LPN
High school graduate or GED
