Park DuValle Community Health Center is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Human Resource Generalist. This pivotal role involves a diverse range of HR responsibilities, from talent acquisition to policy enforcement, ensuring that our workforce remains engaged and empowered.

** Primary Responsibilities **

- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from crafting compelling job ads to conducting interviews and selecting top-tier candidates in collaboration with departmental managers.

- Manage onboarding and orientation processes, ensuring seamless integration of new hires into our vibrant team culture.

- Uphold and update personnel policies and procedures, fostering a transparent and equitable work environment.

- Provide responsive support to employees on benefits, leave, and general HR inquiries, promoting a culture of care and wellbeing.

- Engage in disciplinary meetings and investigations, ensuring fairness and compliance with company policies.

- Oversee compliance with training requirements and certifications, contributing to a skilled and safety-conscious workforce.

- Administer employee benefits enrollment and assist with benefit administration, promoting employee wellness and financial security.

- Contribute to company events and administrative meetings, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace community.

Education Requirements (Any)

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, coupled with at least three years of HR management experience.

Certification Requirements (Any)

Bachelor's Degree
