Job Skills / Requirements

We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our Behavioral Health department. The Office Manager will be instrumental in ensuring efficient office functioning, supporting our clinical staff, and providing excellent service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage daily operations in the Behavioral Health department, including staff scheduling, patient appointments, and billing.
  • Supervise administrative staff, providing training, guidance, and feedback to ensure high performance and compliance with health center policies.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers, patients, and external agencies to facilitate seamless delivery of services.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient records and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines.
  • Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and inventory supplies, ensuring all necessary resources are available for staff and patients.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of care.
  • Prepare reports and analytics on departmental activities, budget management, and patient feedback for senior management review.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve any administrative issues.
  • Other Duties as Assigned



Education Requirements (Any)

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Sociology, Public Health, or related field
3+ Years Clinical Experience
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Management, or a related field.

Certification Requirements (All)

Bachelor's Degree
CPR Certification
