Rauch, Inc. provides services for individuals with developmental disabilities in Southern Indiana and is expanding its In-Home Services and Respite programs. The Lead Community Support Professional will provide support services to both the In-Home Services and Respite programs to residential clients throughout the community. As the Lead, you will…

1. Ensure the effectiveness of In-Home Services and Respite staff.
2. Assist in the development and execution of client services.
3. Follow clients’ individual support plans and grow daily living skills.
4. Provide personal assistance and opportunities for leisure and recreational supports.

This position is full-time, 40 hours a week, shifts vary.

Work locations will be throughout Floyd and Clark Counties.

$350 Sign-on Bonus eligible position if scheduled for at least 20 hours a week.
