Job Skills / Requirements

Starting salary: $115,310.00 annually. Will deliver diagnosis and treatment to patients and provide individual and group health education and counseling. Will provide outreach to and advocacy for the homeless population. Will be responsible for overall patient services with the Community Care Clinic, collaborate with others to assist in day-to-day operations, assist in planning, organizing, budgeting, staffing, monitoring, and evaluating the Healthcare for the Homeless program.

A master's, post-graduate, or doctoral degree from a family psychiatric nurse practitioner program accredited by the CCNE or the ACEN is required. A current, unrestricted, and valid license to practice medicine in the state of Kentucky and at least two years of psychiatric-based professional experience is required. Experience providing care to low-income clients and/or the homeless population is preferred.
