Job Skills / Requirements

Starting wages: $17.11 - $18.52 hourly. Will provide training activities to help prepare participants to get and keep a job. Topics include preparing a resume, cover letter or job application, work-focused career exploration, interviewing skills, workplace expectations and workplace behavior. Will ensure all documentation, paperwork, and training information is readily available for the success of the class. Travel is required. This project is funded under a contract with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services with state and federal funds. 

An associate degree in business, human services, or a related field and two years of experience in management, training, employment development or a related field is required. A bachelor's degree is preferred. Knowledge of adult learning theory and fundamentals of effective training helpful.
