Job Skills / Requirements

This is a professional level position in the Human Resources Department.  This position is responsible for managing the tasks associated with Recruitment and Credentialing; On-Boarding and New Employee Orientation; FMLA compliance and tracking; Unemployment Claims and Hearings; Performance Management; Employee Retention activities; and routine Employee Relations.  Administrative support for training and development functions and initiatives, which Includes monitoring HR Library, assist with available online training registrations and reporting, training attendance tracking, and training certificates   This position reports to the Human Resources Officer and may be assigned special projects as needed.

Education Requirements (Any)

HR: Associate’s degree, 3 years’ professional experience required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or directly related field + two years' professional experience is required.
HR: High School/GED six years of professional experience required.
