Competencias Laborales / Requisitos

Rate of Pay:  $33.97

This position assists the HANDS Team Leader and provides ongoing, intensive professional HANDS supervision for direct service staff. Staff may include HANDS Home Visitors, Parent Visitors, and Professional Visitors (RN/SW visitors). The supervision should be directed not only toward assuring quality of service provision, but also toward protecting the integrity and respect of the families served. The Assistant Team Leader participates in staff orientation and in-services training, conducts record reviews, assists in the data collection system, implements a quality assurance plan, provides case management, and monitors the performance of Home Visitor, Parent Visitor, and Professional Visitor staff. The Assistant Team Leader also provides daily support and crisis management. 

Requisitos de Educación (Cualquier)

Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and LSW plus one year of related experience
*Master’s degree in Social Work and CSW with no experience
*Bachelor’s degree in Nursing plus a Registered Nurse with one year of related experience
