Job Skills / Requirements

As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner you will provide strategic HR and talent support to designated leaders and employees. Your focus will be to create a desired workplace culture and an engaged and productive workforce through policies, programs, and practices. You will serve as a senior member of the HR team and may be asked to take on more strategic activities, providing direct support for: leading strategic projects, implementation of programs, training and development, employee relations and engagement, including diversity initiatives.  As a Senior HRBP, you are expected to be viewed and advise as a subject matter expert on the projects and programs you are supporting. 
 
What You Will Do In This Role: 
 
  • Collaborate with leaders to support culture and strategic operational efficiencies 
  • Implement workforce strategies and diagnoses, and solve workforce issues 
  • You will measure employee morale and satisfaction, and implement efforts to improve the employee experience 
  • You will advise and counsel on situational issues, performance and discipline 
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee activity groups  
  • You will partner with leaders to maximize effectiveness and efficiency through labor and efficiency initiatives 
  • Develop and deploy development programs, performance management, and evaluations 
  • Develop and deliver training for employees and leaders 
  • You will help facilitate employee onboarding and assists with orientation; supports other activities ensuring the hiring and onboarding of employees 
REQUIRED EDUCATION, SKILLS, ABILITIES:   
  1. Bachelor’s degree in HR, or related field  
  2. Minimum of 5 years progressive HR work experience 
  3. HR related certification preferred. 
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office

This is a Full-Time position 1st Shift.

Relocation is not provided and travel is required occasionally
