Job Skills / Requirements

Provides necessary hands-on care for each child. Participates in planning and implementing daily activities of the children. Provides a positive role model for children. Documents necessary information per Day Care Records.

Required Education, Skills, and/or Abilities: 

• High school education or equivalent.
• Worked previously with preschool age children preferred.
• Familiar with the daily operation of the Center.
• Knowledgeable in the stages of early childhood development.
• Interact and provide childcare service to customers served, from infants through pre-school.
• BLS within 3 months of hire.

Education Requirements (All)

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT

Certification Requirements (All)

BLS certification within 3 months of hire
