Job Skills / Requirements

As a Product Quality Analyst at TEAM, you'll be responsible for removing much of the guesswork by understanding the detailed workings of the product offering and elicit feedback, requirements and analyze new needs and solutions.  This person is part of the Agile Delivery Team to ensure that system features, functionality, and usability requirements are well defined and meet business needs. The person must have the availability and knowledge to support the product offering.  The Product Quality Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the team has as much information about end-users as possible to write and execute automation/manual tests on all our products.  This person will review the results and verify we are delivering a quality outcome.  

We expect that you:

  • Master of the Agile Requirements and Quality Process
    • Dig into problems, conduct analysis and share findings with delivery team
    • Know-how to write, break down and prioritize user stories with supporting acceptance criteria
    • Partner with Product Manager to have a full understanding of the market problems to categorize user stories into must have, should have and/or nice to have buckets
    • Manage the agreed-upon backlog priority of the solution for each sprint
    • Ensure continuity in business decisions throughout lifecycle of the effort
    • Know-how to write and execute automation/manual testing suites
    • Reconcile and resolve any discrepancies by writing tasks, bugs or support requests
    • Design and write new regression automation tests
    • Assist in the creation and upkeep of documentation to ensure that all practices and processes can and are followed
    • Positive contribution to the wellbeing of all team members
  • Analyze Product Offering
    • Understand usage data on features and user behavior to assist in user story creation and analysis
    • Leverage all types of requirements modeling/visualizations to ensure full understanding of the ‘What’ to the delivery team
    • Continuous learning will inform strategic product priority and development
    • Develop and maintain product documentation
    • Ensure integration of requirements across all functional areas
  • Accept Product/System Deliverables
    • Evaluate working software meets requirements criteria and is ready to promote to the Production Environment
    • Accept working software through manual testing, as needed
    • Attend all release and sprint ceremonies to include: standups, pre-planning, iteration/sprint planning, sprint demos, release updates and retrospectives
  • Ensure that clear communication occurs in a timely manner to Delivery Manager and direct Manager when commitments are at risk, impediments arise or personnel issues exist
  • Conduct other assignments which assist in carrying out the mission of TEAM

Requirements

· Proven track record solving problems for web and mobile users

· Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dev Ops
