Resumen

Competencias Laborales / Requisitos

• Manage incoming calls.  Provide customer and general support. 
• Create, edit and deliver monthly reports and customer invoices.
• Manage accounts receivable, outstanding and past due invoices, working closely with the finance department.  
• On occasion, represent the Language Services team at agency and community events.
• Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing and mailing and email. 
• Assist with the collection and organization of interpreter and customer data 
• Manage document translation requests, including customer quotes and assignment
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision.  
• Other duties as assigned 
  
  

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to communicate well verbally and in writing with colleagues and customers/clients.
• Must be proficient with technology - Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple deadlines 
• Prior customer service and accounts receivable experience preferred
• Bilingual not required but a plus
  
  

Requisitos de Educación (Cualquier)

High school diploma or GED; at least two years of work experience preferably with refugees
