We currently have opportunities for Event Security in the Spokane area. This is a great opportunity if you are interested in a career in the security industry or looking for part or full-time work.

Any event can present a security challenge.  Being proactive and planning and assessing your security needs ahead of time is key to success. PPC has trained security professionals to prevent security risks before it becomes a problem. We have an excellent history in event security, protecting all different sizes of venues.

 

Job Skills / Requirements

8Overview:

  • Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle
  • Maintain site security and watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards
  • Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits
  • Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities
  • Provide assistance to customers, employees and visitors in a courteous and professional manner 
  • Additional duties as assigned

You Provide

  • Genuine desire and interest in the security industry
  • Ability to stand 100% of shift and physically restrain others
  • Reliable transportation
  • Basic computer skills to include word and outlook
  • Great communication/writing skills
  • Ability to obtain a Washington State Security License (must not have any felonies or misdemeanors)
  • Flexible working schedule to include weekends
  • 18 years of age and older
  • DRIVERS LICENSE
  • Pass pre-employment drug test
  • Starting wage $18-$20 per hr

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma
GED

Certification Requirements (Any)

Valid State Drivers License
