This position for Armed/Unarmed Security Officers is in the Hermiston/Umatilla area. Must be licensable in WA/OR. Spanish/English Bilingual is a plus.
Job Skills / Requirements
Duties:
- Perform security patrols of designated areas on foot or in vehicle.
- Maintain site security and watch for irregular or unusual conditions that may create security concerns or safety hazards.
- Permit authorized persons to enter property and monitor entrances and exits.
- Prepare reports on accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities.
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Additional duties as assigned.
You will receive excellent advanced security training in the following:
- Defensive Tactics
- OC Foam
- Use of restraints
- AVADE
- Taser and Firearms
You Provide:
- Genuine desire and interest in the security industry
- Ability to stand 100% of shift and physically restrain others.
- Reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills to include Word and Outlook
- Strong communication/writing skills
- State security license.
- Flexible working schedule to include weekends.
- 18 years of age or older (21 for armed positions)
- Driver’s license
- Pass pre-employment drug testing.
- Starting wages $18-$22 DOE (Depending on experience)
