We currently have an opening for Security Dispatcher Manager based in our Spokane Valley office. This position will be responsible for all dispatching duties company wide, overseeing daily operations, reviewing performance, reviewing documents for accuracy.

Job Skills / Requirements
- Supervised a minimum of 12 persons in a Dispatch setting
- Bring ideas to the table to help grow dispatch and make more efficient
- Ensure all officers are on site as scheduled - contact & assign replacement officers for call offs
- Maintain all communications between officers and supervisors in the field
- Designate and assign response to alarm calls
- Maintain a daily log of all incoming/outgoing calls and all activities during shift
- Enter and update schedules utilizing Excel & Winteam our web based enterprises software
- Review field reports for grammar and spelling & submit to clients
- Organize and maintain department forms and files
- Prepare and maintain weekly and monthly department reports
Minimum Requirements:
- Able to multi-task and think on your feet in stressful situations
- Able to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner
- Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established policy and procedures
- Mental alertness and attention to detail required while being able to prioritize and follow-up on task
- Excellent computer skills to include Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Flexible working schedule to include night and weekends
- Able to obtain a Washington State Security License
- Able to maintain confidentiality & discretion
- MUST have previous Dispatcher or similar experience
- Multi-line phone experience preferred and/or excellent phone etiquette
- Military, Law Enforcement, or Security experience a plus
- Starting wage $25-$28hr/DOE
