We currently have an opportunity for Security Supervisors to oversee operations in the Salem Area. We are looking for a candidate who can work in a team environment and lead as a mentor. This position will include overall responsibility for the team members, scheduling and daily operations of the client site. This position will work closely with PPC company management outside of the area to ensure all officers are professional, and perform with the highest standards of integrity and clients' needs are exceeded. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE.

Responsibilities:
- Manage confidential information and documentation as required Company, State, and Federal Law
- Be involved in and represent PPC to the community
- Ensure all recruiting and training needs have been met.
- Maintain a positive and healthy relationship with the client
- Ensure all scheduling needs have been met including last minutes requests by clients/fellow team members
Requirements:
- P&L responsibility
- Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Must be self-motivated and able to motivate others
- Must be able to travel for ongoing management trainings
- Minimum one-year prior military, law enforcement, or security experience a plus
