HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Sunstates Security is currently hiring full-time, Security Officers in the Port Freeport, TX area. Must be available to work all shifts, all days- including weekends with a pay rate of $15.83/hr, paid weekly.

Requirements:

  • 1 years customer service experience
  • 1 years security experience
  • Capable of performing duties with a high level of accuracy and ability to maintain the highest level of integrity.
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions.
  • Must have dependable means of transportation.
  • Must practice good grooming standards.
  •  Ability to write a detailed, professional level report
  •  Ability to speak and write in English (multilingual desirable, especially Spanish)
  •  Ability to communicate, provide information, and gives directions in a courteous matter to Port Freeport users and visitors
  •  Ability to talk in a clear and concise manner on a radio or phone
  •  Ability to respond to and take commands during an emergency situation
  •  Ability to provide effective access control and maintain a safe and secure environment
  •  Ability to provide protection with professionalism
  •  Ability to provide a professional level of personal interaction services
  •  Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs
  •  Ability to lift 50 pounds
  •  Ability to manually open and close large gates

 

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123

Education Requirements (Any)

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Level II Texas Security License
