HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Sunstates Security is currently hiring Security Officers in Scottsdale, AZ area. This position is for all shifts and days with a pay rate of $20.60hour, paid weekly. The right candidate will combine security experience with a customer service mind set. 

 Requirements:

  • 3 years customer service experience
  • 2 years security experience
  • Must demonstrate excellent writing, oral, analytical and communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and function with limited supervision
  • Capable of performing duties with a high level of accuracy and ability to maintain highest level of integrity
  • Ability to exercise good judgment and make sound decisions
  • Must have dependable means of transportation
  • Must practice good grooming standards
  • Must demonstrate good teamwork ability
  • Must be able to work flexible hours
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Preferred active AZ Guard Card License 
 
Shifts open are

Shift 1
Saturday / Sunday – 6am to 6pm
Monday / Tuesday  - 10pm to 6am
Every other Wednesday – 10pm to 6am

Shift 2
Friday – 10pm to 6am
Saturday / Sunday – 6pm to 6am
Every other Wednesday – 10pm to 6am
Thursday – 10pm to 6am


The Security Officer will be the face of the client and greet everyone when they come in. Security Officers may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
