Job Skills / Requirements

Sunstates Security is currently hiring a full-time Director of Security for a high-end residential community in the Sunny Isles, FL area. This is a key leadership role that reports to the Operations Manager and works closely with the Property Manager to oversee all aspects of security operations on site.

Position Details:

• Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried
• Annual Salary Range: $70,000 – $80,000
• Pay Schedule: Weekly

Required Qualifications:

• Active Class D Security Licenses (Florida)
• Prior HOA (Homeowners Association) experience
• Clean driving record
• Experience with scheduling and personnel management
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be able to interact professionally with residents, staff, and the general public

A Security Officer may perform many duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOPs and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

High School diploma or equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Florida D License
