Job Skills / Requirements
Sunstates Security is currently seeking a full-time Site Supervisor for a position in the Weston area. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to step into a leadership role within a dynamic and growing organization.
Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
- Pay Frequency: Weekly
- Location: Weston, FL
- Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support site security operations
- Ensure high levels of customer service and professionalism
- Conduct foot patrols and respond to incidents as needed
- Maintain daily reports and documentation
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements:
- Active Class D Security License (State of Florida)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within the security industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations (preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent computer proficiency
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to perform foot patrols as needed
- Prior military or law enforcement experience is a plus

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOPs, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. Sun123
