SUNSTATES IS HIRING IMMEDIATELY

Security Officers in the Clifton, NJ area. These positions offer weekly pay with benefits and PTO.

As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. You will be responsible for patrolling assigned areas, monitoring surveillance equipment, controlling access, and responding to incidents in a calm and professional manner.

 Key responsibilities:

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish a security presence
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems
• Control access to buildings and restricted areas
• Report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or security breaches
• Respond to alarms and emergencies in accordance with established procedures
• Complete incident and shift reports accurately and in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service while ensuring rules and regulations are followed

The applicant will be working in a high security area and must be able to provide:

• Valid NJ SORA security guard license card.
• Copy of High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Copy of W2 Forms for every previous employment
• And pass background check

Additional Requirements:

-Technology literacy: ability to operate multiple technology devices such as computers, tablets and software.

-Ability to write professional reports.

 
Schedule: 

• Weekdays & Weekdays
• 2nd Shift & 3rd Shift available

A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders/SOP and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives. 

Pay Rate Range: $18.50/hr to $19.50/r
