Job Skills / Requirements
Sunstates Security is currently hiring Part-Time Unarmed Security Officers in the Orlando, FL area.
Available Part-Time Schedules:
- Saturday: 2:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Sunday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
(13.5 hours total) - Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
(24 hours total) - Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
(16 hours total)
Pay Rate: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Requirements:
- Must be able to pass FEDERAL/CRIMINAL Background and Drug Screen.
- Have reliable means of transportation and communication.
- Excellent customer service skills AND computer skills.
- Must regularly stand or walk for extended periods of time and distance.
- Must always be accessible for phone communication.
- Mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure in the area of responsibility.
- Read and understand written instruction and communicate information and ideas in clear and concise written form.
- Exceptional Report Writing Skills.
- Willing and able to work holidays and weekends.
- Willing to work in all weather conditions.
- Able to work independently.
A Security Officer may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The Security Officer will read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP, and will be able to act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.

High School diploma or equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
Florida D License
