Job Skills / Requirements

Schedule: M-F 5:30PM - 11:30PM & Saturday 9:00AM - 1:00PM

Pay: Up to $17.00 hourly based on experience

**This position does require a driver's license** 

Major Responsibilities:

  1. Perform Special Service work as scheduled including but not limited to:
    1. Stripping, burnishing, top scrub, and refinishing hard surface floors
    2. Scrub and seal quarry tile and ceramic floors
    3. Spot clean, bonnet clean, and hot water extract carpets
    4. Pressure wash hard surfaces
    5. Change light bulbs (must be comfortable climbing a ladder)
    6. Wash windows
    7. Paint and paint repair services
    8. Perform a variety of general cleaning tasks including, but not limited to: sweeping, dust mopping, and wet mopping, spot cleaning, trash collection and removal, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning restrooms and replenishing supplies, break rooms.
  2. Ensure that equipment and vehicles are maintained in a clean operable condition.
  3. Stay up to date on all new technologies and procedures pertaining to special services.
  4. Move office furniture, including files, desks, chairs, etc.
  5. Perform miscellaneous maintenance duties.
  6. Set up and break down rooms for meetings (tables and chairs)
  7. Remove snow from pedestrian areas and place ice melt.
  8. Follow all safety, security and key control procedures.
  9. Immediately report any building or equipment maintenance concerns to your supervisor or manager.
  10. Immediately report all accidents, safety hazards and security concerns to your supervisor or manager.
  11. Store equipment in a clean and organized manner at all times.
  12. Ensure that all work performed is in accordance with customer’s and company expectations.
  13. Complete required reports communicating work completed, hours used and information needed for billing.
  14. Attend training class involving special service work.
  15. Perform such other duties as requested by your supervisor. 
  16. Assist with moving furniture.
