Job Skills / Requirements
We are looking for an operations manager to join our team. This position requires you to manage and develop our current employees. Operations managers are also required to build and maintain strong business relationships with our clients. Must have clear driving history. Previous management experience is desired. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. WinTeam experience is preferred, but not required. Must be able to problem solve and have scheduling experience. Room for growth within the company.

Associates Degree or Equivalent
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements (Any)
Active Texas Driver's License
Commissioned Security Officer
Non-commissioned Security Officer
