Job Skills / Requirements

Location: Houston, TX (on-site)
Pay: Salary Negotiable

The candidate must understand and maintain professionalism, be great at time management while supervising a security team, and maintain a good relationship with the client. 

Expectations:

  • Understands the needs of Private Security
  • Have experience with Security Guard responsibilities. 
  • Be proficient in Microsoft applications (Word and Excel).  
  • Have great written and verbal communication skills.
  • Have administrative skills.
  • Be able to correspond to emails in a professional and timely manner. 
  • Have great organizational skills
  • Scheduling experience highly preferred.
  • Be a team player.
  • Be solutions oriented.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews.
  • Manage employee retention.
  • Be knowledgeable of company policies.
  • Lead by example
  • *Managers may need to work or answer calls/emails past 5pm and/or weekends to help maintain great service to clients 

Education Requirements (Any)

Associates Degree or Equivalent
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Active Texas Driver's License
