We are seeking a skilled Service & Installation Technician to join our Oklahoma City-based team. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
What You’ll Do
As a Service & Installation Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
- Installing and configuring IP surveillance camera systems
- Installing and programming intrusion detection systems
- Installing and configuring access control systems
- Providing remote and on-site support for service and maintenance requests
- Maintain accurate documentation of installations, service calls and maintenance.
- Conducting routine troubleshooting and diagnostics on installed systems
- Transporting equipment and maintaining accurate inventory records
- Reading blueprints and schematics to execute efficient installations
- Collaborating with team members and clients in a professional manner
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years electronic security field experience (relevant experience may include the installation of Access Control, Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection Systems, or other low-voltage systems).
- Valid Oklahoma Department of Labor CCTV and Alarm License (Commercial or Residential) for all applicable categories
- Proficiency in low-voltage wiring, circuits, and alarm panel configurations
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with efficient time management and as part of a collaborative team
- Basic knowledge of networking protocols and IP configurations
- Solid understanding of security system hardware and software
Preferred Experience With:
- DMP, DSC, and Honeywell alarm systems
- Milestone, Axis, and Hanwha VMS/CCTV platforms
- LenelS2, Acre (Feenics, Open Options, Identicard), and DMP Access Control
- Fire alarm installation, test and inspections and troubleshooting a plus!
- New and retrofit construction wiring
- Pre-wire and structured cabling in commercial settings

Paid Time Off:
- 1 week of paid leave during the first year

Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8-10 hour shifts on average
- Occasional weekend or holiday work may be required
- Occasional travel may be required
- Flexibility in scheduling is essential
