Job Skills / Requirements

Managerial Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and conduct customer visits to address needs promptly.
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries from customers and staff.
  • Ensure team members meet safety, quality, and budget goals.
  • Oversee adherence to the quality program and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team for hiring and onboarding.
Desired Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of management experience with effective leadership skills.
  • Proficient in various software applications for task management.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Bilingual preferred.
