Assistant Custodial Manager

Schedule: 2nd Shift

Job Type: Full-Time  

Pay: $20.00/hour    

Location: serving Grand Rapids and surrounding areas

Enviro-Clean Services, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Custodial Manager to support custodial operations in a school environment. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on training staff, maintaining quality standards, and supporting daily operations.    

Key Responsibilities    

• Train, coach, and support custodial staff to ensure consistent quality
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and daily operational needs
• Lead by example by maintaining cleanliness and professionalism
• Step in to assist with cleaning tasks as needed
• Support the Manager with communication and team coordination

Qualifications    

• Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
• Experience in cleaning, facilities, or a related field
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work evenings
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation
