Job Skills / Requirements

The Recruiter typically works with support from an Account Manager while gaining exposure to some of the more complex tasks within the project scope. and is occasionally directed in some aspects of the project work

Experienced in basic account management

Recruits for hourly positions, entry-level salaried positions, and mid-level salaried positions 

Responsibilities:

  • Independently runs the full recruiting cycle 
    • Knowledge of and experienced with a variety of recruiting software to keep track of open roles/applicants
    • Post job ads/openings on professional sites, job sites, and social media
    • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts; Recruits potential employees via recruiting website, employee referrals, social media and other sources
    • Screens resume
    • Schedule calls and interviews
    • Conduct initial phone screens
    • Communicate with candidates during the selection process and assist them with interview preparation 
    • Send out bulk emails (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails) and handle candidate paperwork 
    • Extends and negotiates offers of employment 
    • Coordinate drug tests and background checks with Offer Admin
    • Construct offer letter 
  • Plans and participates in recruiting events
  • Some experience in sourcing passive candidates
  • Versed in market salary research and editing and/or improving existing position descriptions    

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of proven work experience as an Associate Recruiter

Associate degree in human resources or a similar field preferred

Highly versed in the entire recruitment lifecycle

Tech-savvy

Excellent communication skills

Ability to juggle multiple tasks/activities

Problem-solving aptitude

Critical-thinking skills

Healthcare recruiting experience preferred

 

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma/GED
