?? NOW HIRING – 2ND SHIFT GENERAL CLEANER ??

?? Location: [Add Location]?? Pay: $16.00/HR?? Schedule: Monday–Friday? Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

?? Position Overview:General Cleaners are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. This role includes performing a variety of cleaning duties to ensure the daily upkeep and overall cleanliness of the facility.

? Essential Functions:• Sweeping, dusting, dust mopping, damp mopping, and vacuuming• Carpet extraction, floor stripping, and waxing• Trash removal and recycling• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms and locker rooms• Polishing areas within 10 feet of entryways• Washing windows and cleaning interior glass• Cleaning desks, walls, furniture, doors, countertops, boards, blinds, and light fixtures• Snow and ice removal (as needed)• Additional duties as assigned by the supervisor

? Job Requirements:• Reliable transportation (required)• Strong work history• Team-oriented with the ability to take direction• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment• Attention to detail and efficiency• Must pass a background check

?? Minimum Qualifications:• High school diploma preferred (not required)• Previous cleaning experience is a plus

?? Physical & Working Conditions:• Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally• Extensive walking and standing throughout the shift• Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot and cold environments)• Must maintain productivity within established timeframes
