TITLE: Warehouse Manager

 

POSITION SUMMARY:

HES Facilities Management is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to help oversee all warehouse operations and facility maintenance within his or her project area.
Responsible for purchasing of chemicals, equipment and supplies for operations, and the maintenance of all company equipment. Interfaces with all levels of management, peers and subordinates in support of their daily task requirements. First requirement is to become an important resource of operational support for client satisfaction.

Manage and organize inventory, track stock levels, and implement efficient storage solutions.
Small Equipment Repair - Vacuums, Floor Equipment (Auto Scrubbers, High Speed/ Low Speed, etc.).
Minor repairs around the regional offices based in STL, MO. (Changing Light Bulbs, Minor plumbing, and any additional light maintenance repairs.)
Computer Knowledge (Excel, Word, and Adobe)
Traveling : Not limited to just local travel.
 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in building maintenance operations, including warehouse and inventory skills, strong electrical and mechanical background, purchasing experience and computer skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Energetic, hard-working, dependable, and detail-oriented.
 

Requirements:

  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • Prompt, regular attendance.
  • Pay dependent on experience.
