Job Skills / Requirements
This position provides leadership, supervision and training to subordinate security officers, issues discipline as needed along with counseling, it ensures new and experienced security officers are properly trained.
The individual in this position must become skilled in the documentation of:
1. Report Writing.
2. Bodily injury reports.
3. Patrol reports.
4. Maintenance Alerts.
5. Miscellaneous Alerts
The individual in this position must become versed in reading and interpreting:
1. Spot check SOPs.
2. Physical SOPs.
3. Emergency procedures and escalation process.
4. Radio procedures and radio discipline.
5. Uncovered site procedures.
This position provides motorized patrols, and emergency responses to clients of Phoenix Security, requiring the use of various security enhancing aides and devices for reporting purpose.
This position ensures physical guards are evaluated on a continuing basis.
The individual in this position must become skilled in the documentation of:
