DSI Security has openings for Call Center Dispatchers.

The Call Center Dispatcher is responsible for effectively managing high call volumes, transferring and logging incoming calls, data entry and maintaining a call log.  This is a every Thursday - Sunday position.

$13.00 / hour

Position Requirements:

• Possess a friendly customer service oriented attitude
• Prior experience in working with multiple telephone line
• Prior data entry experience and ability to type at least 25 words per minute
• Ability to work independently and multi-task
• Be customer service oriented
• Basic to intermediate computer skills; experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license preferred
• Have reliable means of transportation and communication
• Pass all required background and drug screenings

Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Certification Requirements (All)

Valid State Driver's License
