DSI Security has openings for Customer Service Representatives.

The Customer Service representative is responsible for effectively managing high call volumes, transferring and logging incoming calls, data entry and maintaining a call log. This is a every Thursday - Sunday position.
$13.00 / hour
Position Requirements:
- Possess a friendly customer service oriented attitude
- Prior experience in working with multiple telephone line
- Prior data entry experience and ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- Ability to work independently and multi-task
- Be customer service oriented
- Basic to intermediate computer skills; experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license preferred
- Have reliable means of transportation and communication
- Pass all required background and drug screenings
Education Requirements (Any)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid State Driver's License
