DSI is hiring for Visitor Control Officer/Customer service in Huntsville, AL!

Visitor Control Officers are responsible for: greeting visitors, using electronic kiosks and computer systems, giving directions, assisting visitors into the building as needed, as well as maintaining great customer service and a positive attitude. 

You will work in a healthcare setting which is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Being on time, dependable and having excellent attendance is required. 

Visitor Control Officers are responsible for access control and being observant and attention to detail is key. We have full time set schedules available for day & night shift and also have part time flex fill-in schedules as well.

This position will require you to be customer service oriented, great interpersonal skills and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills. You will need to understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.

You must be able to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all-weather elements as a Visitor Control Officer. 

Pre-employment requirements are to be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent. A valid driver's license is required. You must have reliable means of transportation and means of communication. You must pass all required background and drug screenings.
