JOB TITLE: Area Manager

Now Hiring: Area Manager

Are you someone who takes pride in seeing things done right the first time? Do you have a sharp eye for detail, a steady hand under pressure, and a knack for getting the best out of people? If this is you, you are the leader we’re looking for!

As our an Area Manager, you'll be the go-to person for keeping facilities in top shape across your assigned area. From making sure cleaning standards are consistently met, to training and supporting your team, your role is all about setting the tone for quality, accountability, and professionalism. You’ll spend most of your time in the field, visiting sites, solving problems, coaching staff, and jumping in when needed. This is hands-on leadership—no desk-bound micromanaging here.

We’re looking for someone who can:

• Train and motivate cleaning staff to work safely and effectively
• Visit facilities to inspect work, ensure quality control, and manage supplies
• Step in and perform cleaning tasks when needed, including routine and deep cleaning
• Support new account setups and maintain standards at existing ones
• Communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally with staff and clients
• Stay organized while managing multiple sites and shifting priorities

Requirements:

• At least two years of supervisory experience
• Comfortable leading by example and working alongside your team
• Strong knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs, wear a backpack vacuum, and be on your feet for most of the day
• High school diploma or GED required
• Reliable transportation and a flexible schedule (some evenings and weekends)
