Custodial Project Manager
We are excited to meet enthusiastic, hard working, dependable individuals who would like to JOIN OUR TEAM! We strive to maintain a safe and clean working environment for our employees. We encourage a positive atmosphere and enthusiastic attitudes! At ABBCO, WE ARE A TEAM!!
*Minimum of 2 years management experience
*Experience with Hiring, training, supervising a staff
*Experience with interacting with customers
*Experience with enforcing company policy, including progressive disciplinary process
*Have good people skills and a knowledge of using technology such as cell phone, tablet, email, laptop, etc to perform adminstrative parts of job
*Experience inspecting work of others
*Must have the ability to maintain positive professional relationships with co-workers in a team environment and take direction from Supervisor(s).
*Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the above job duties. *Previous experience preferred but not required.
*Reliable Transportation and good attendance is a must.
*At this location our client requires an approved background check and additional Site clearance.
