Janitorial Cleaner

- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have reliable transportation
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim
- Cleans offices, rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, and locker rooms and other work areas
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs floor
- Spot cleans rugs, carpets, and upholstered furniture
- Dusts furniture and equipment
- Washes walls, ceiling, and woodwork
- Washes windows, door panels, and sills
- Empties wastebaskets, and empties and cleans ashtrays
- Transports trash and waste to disposal area
- Replenishes bathroom supplies
- Other duties may be assigned

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, risk of electrical shock and vibration.
