Competencias Laborales / Requisitos
- Patrol the community to prevent unauthorized access, vandalism, theft and other security threats.
- Monitor Security cameras, gates, and access points to ensure controlled entry.
- Enforce HOA rules and regulations while maintaining positive relationships with residents.
- Respond to alarms, disturbance and emergency situations, contacting law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
- Assist residents and guest with security related concerns.
- Document and report and incidents suspicious activities, or safety hazards.
- Conduct routine checks of common areas.
- Provide a visible security presence to deter potential threats.
Requisitos de Educación (Cualquier)
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Requisitos de Certificación (Cualquier)
Valid State Driver's License
Valid Guard Card
