Job Skills / Requirements
The Field Training Officer is a roving supervisor that helps to support branch operation in meeting the needs of our clients and employees throughout the Austin area. The Field Training Officer performs employee/equipment inspections , patrols, training, limited scheduling, working assigned post and handling on-call emergencies. This is a driving position.

Sunday 10pm-7am
Monday 10pm-7am
Tuesday 10pm-7am
Wednesday 10pm -7am

Previous supervisory experience in contract security is preferred.
- Always maintain a professional image and excellent communications skills.
- Ability to think quickly and take charge in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Understands smart phone technology.
What you will do
- Conduct spot inspections of security officers at the post throughout the Austin area. Ensuring that high standards of appearance and performance are being maintained by officer in the field.
- Respond to assist with problems and/or emergencies that happen during the shift
- Help with finding coverage for shifts when call-offs occur.
- Work a post when needed
- Any other duties assigned by branch Office staff
- Make sure officers are following all safety procedures
