Job Skills / Requirements

United Protective Services is currently hiring several full time security officer(s) for a residential apartment complex.

The apartment complex is a brand new property/client for United Protective Services and we are currently under discussion for the operating hours/times.  The apartment complex is currently being renovated and they have a need for full time security.

Pay:  $20.00

Schedule: To be Determined - Be Flexible

Responsibilities:
 
  • Observe, monitor, and report any potential security/safety violations
  • Conduct patrols on the entire property being visible in the parking lot, leasing office, and pool areas.
  • Respond to emergencies
  • Assist visitors
  • Security Officer will assist in making sure residents are out of the two swimming pools on property when they close and not entering the swimming pool during off hours.
  • Request vehicles who park next to the pond area to relocate.
  • Security Officer will patrol the property on a golf cart during their shift.
  • Make sure doors are secured on the property
  • Respond to noise disturbances.
  • Challenge traffic entering the property to make sure they have business on property.
