- Conduct constant foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
- Engage in conflict resolution with professionalism and tact, fostering positive interactions.
- Assist clients with assigned duties as needed, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
- Maintain detailed daily activity logs and generate incident reports to uphold safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, local law enforcement, and fire departments, contributing to a collaborative environment.
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and accounted for, maintaining operational efficiency. Report all discrepancies.
