LEAD OFFICER - Responsibilities
Lead officer will oversee the daily workflow and assignments of the staff including the security officer duties and performance. Lead officer is expected to prepare and conduct training for new hires and current staff including training on workplace duties and performance. Officer must have computer skills, communication skills and work well with others. Officer will be expected to greet all guests and tenants checking in and directing visitors to where they need to go. Officer will be enforcing access control and assuring that only authorized personnel is required in approved areas of the premises. Officer will also be expected to monitor the surveillance cameras and use the latest patrol technology to track and record patrol movements.

DESK OFFICER / SECURITY OFFICER - Responsibilities

- Respond promptly to open shift coverage requests from the management team.
- Conduct constant foot patrols to ensure the safety of the premises.
- Engage in conflict resolution with professionalism and tact, fostering positive interactions.
- Assist clients with assigned duties as needed, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
- Maintain detailed daily activity logs and generate incident reports to uphold safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, local law enforcement, and fire departments, contributing to a collaborative environment.
- Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and accounted for, maintaining operational efficiency.






Education Requirements (Any)

High School Diploma or GED
