Job Summary:
As a Flex Officer, you will provide security coverage at various client sites as needed. This position requires someone who is flexible, reliable, and comfortable working in different environments and adapting to new procedures quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide site coverage with little notice
• Patrol premises and respond to incidents
• Monitor access control and ensure client safety
• Write accurate reports and follow post orders
• Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor

Requirements:

• Must have a valid [state] Security License (if applicable)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation and ability to work various shifts (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous security experience preferred but not required
