Job Skills / Requirements

• Protecting property from theft or damage, or persons from hazards or interference
• Enforce property rules and regulations
• Conduct patrols of the property checking for irregularities 
• Write detailed and accurate reports of incidents or irregularities for submission to the client. Utilize mobile applications for reporting
• Remain alert for the presence of trespassers, and/or security violations
• Approach suspicious persons, escort trespassers off the property and call the police, if needed, following protocol for issuing a criminal trespass notice
• Assist visitors and customers by answering questions and giving directions; maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Communicate effectively with United Protective Services Security leadership team, property management, and teammates
• Safely operate a company Golf Car, while reporting any maintenance needs or issues.
• Other duties as assigned
